Warranty and Returns

Warranty
At Next of Kin, each piece is handcrafted, one by one, from .925 silver recovered from analog photography waste. That's why we offer a 1-month warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects (stones detaching, solder failures, or other defects attributable to the manufacturing process).

If your piece has any such defect within the first month, please contact us via WhatsApp with photos of the defect and your order number, and we will repair or replace it at no cost.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impacts, exposure to chemicals (perfumes, chlorine, alcohol), or normal wear and tear from daily use.

Returns
As each piece is custom-made by hand, we do not handle returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse. We ask you to carefully review the description, measurements, and photos of each piece before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a piece before buying it, please contact us via WhatsApp — we will gladly help you resolve them.

Delivery times
Each piece is handmade to order, so the delivery time is up to 3 weeks from the confirmation of your purchase. We will notify you when your piece is ready and on its way.
